Tiny Bazaar is operated by Huge Luxury LLC. These terms apply to your use of our online store and purchases from us. Shopify provides the platform used to operate the store; your purchases are from Tiny Bazaar.

## Using our store
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or use the store with appropriate authorization from a parent or guardian. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and keep any account credentials secure.
You may not use the store for unlawful activity, attempt to access another person's account, interfere with the store's operation, or misuse its payment systems.
## Products and descriptions
Please review the product description, dimensions, selected variant and listed contents before ordering. Product images may show styling accessories or multiple variants. The product listing should identify what is included with the option you purchase. If anything is unclear, contact us before ordering.
Screen settings may affect how colors appear. This does not excuse a product that is materially different from its description. Any stated age guidance, warnings and care instructions form part of the product information.
If we discover a material error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain it and arrange an appropriate correction or cancellation and refund. We will not charge a higher price or substitute a materially different item without your agreement.
## Prices and payment
Review the currency, item prices, delivery charges, discounts and any taxes collected at checkout before paying. Applicable import duties and import taxes on our international deliveries are covered under the DDP arrangements described in our Shipping Policy.
Price changes apply to future purchases and do not by themselves change the price of an existing confirmed order. Payments are processed through the payment services shown at checkout.
## Orders
After you place an order, we will send an order acknowledgement to the email address you provide. Please review it and contact us promptly if anything is incorrect.
If an item is unavailable, we cannot fulfill the order, or a payment cannot be verified, we will contact you. Where we cancel an order that has been paid for, we will refund the affected payment as required by applicable law. We will not impose an undisclosed replacement or additional charge.
## Shipping, cancellations and returns
Our Shipping Policy explains delivery destinations, processing times, estimated delivery times, shipping charges and customs responsibilities.
Our Returns and Refunds policy explains how to request a return, report a problem, cancel an order and receive a refund. Those policies form part of these terms, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to your purchase.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and shared when you interact with the store. Please review it before providing personal information.
## Store content
Store branding and content belong to Tiny Bazaar or their respective owners. You may use the store and its content to browse and make purchases. These terms do not grant permission to reproduce protected content for commercial use without the relevant owner's permission, except as permitted by law.
## Third party services
Some store features may use services provided by other companies. Their terms and privacy notices may apply when you use those services. This does not reduce our responsibility for fulfilling your purchase or honoring your consumer rights.
## Responsibility and consumer rights
We are responsible for meeting our obligations under these terms and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, removes mandatory product guarantees, or limits your statutory remedies for goods that are defective, misdescribed or not delivered.
If you have a complaint, contact hugeluxuryofficial@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. You retain access to any consumer authority, dispute resolution process or court available to you under applicable law.
## Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future use of the store and future purchases. Changes will be posted on this page. An update will not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing order.
